Hello and welcome to my online cattery. My name is Jeanne Manseau and I am located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada. I specialize in Himalayan and Shaded Silver and Chinchilla divisions of the Persian breed. My philosophy involves striving towards improving the Persian breed and to date I have Granded many of my Himalayans and Persians in CFA and have Supremed and had several Regional and National Winners in TICA. I've been working with and breeding persians for 10 years and continue to thoroughly enjoy this hobby. Breeding for temperament, type, and coat is my standard.

The foundation to my Himalayan lines is Oakheaven's Cirrus, a seal point male. He has an exceptional temperament that he passes on to his decedents, seems without fail. He also exhibits many other very desirable traits one wants to see in a Himalayan, deep blue eyes, excellent dooming, heavy, thick long light colored coat, also being very muscular with heavy boning. He definitely remains my most valuable and beautiful cat.

Two of my females from Prancenpaws, Oregano and Chive I have grown have grown very fond of. They as well have excellent temperaments, took a little longer to mature but have become very beautiful adults possessing also all the traits required to meet the standards of a Himalayan. One of their exceptional qualities is their boning, which is unusually large. I have shown both of them, obtaining Grand Champion status for the two and they also became Regional and National Winners. Cirrus and Chive produced my my first Supreme Grand Champion, a Flame Point male, Cayenne, he is a Regional and National winner in the year 2001. To my good fortune Cirrus, Oregano, and Chive have produced me kittens that I'm always very proud to show. Another female, Desert Wind's Risky is a pleasure to have, she exhibits eyes that unusually large and deep blue, she and Cirrus produced Currie, who I showed to Quadruple Grand Champion status, obtaining also Regional and National winner status. My most recent female addition is Jetsset's Ariel, who's pedigree is from the lines of Teah's, DeMiara's, and Purrpals. She's a show stopper, blue eyes, thick coat, excellent heavy boning, short, short legs, tail, body, and ears. I love her and I know she will be a great addition to my breeding program.

In the Silver, Chinchilla lines, I own three Sootypaws cats and they are all absolutely gorgeous, thick coats, deep emerald green eyes, good boning for silvers, short ears and their dooming is exceptional. Sootypaws Maria and Corious I have Champtioned both in CFA and TICA and have recieved Regional and Nationa wins. Missionhill's Galaxy and Sanmar's Nonook produced me one of my most beautiful silver males, Pavoritti, who I showed and obtained Regional and National wins as a kitten. He will also be shown again in the future. Cedarswamp's Jitterbug has definitely produced some of my most exceptional silver kittens, one being Sargeant Pepper, whom I Granded, DGC, TGC, QGC and obtained Regional and Nation wins in two successive years.

I'm very proud of all of my cats and I'm so humbly grateful to all of the breeders who trusted me and allowed me to own one of their cats.

My cats roam freely in large rooms in my home, outdoor screened male and female runs are available to them as well. I'm a firm believer cats need fresh air and sunshine to help improve health and well being, but at the same time protecting them from the hazards of the outdoors. Working ine the Professional Health Care feild myself, health remains one of my major concerns. Empahsis on nutrition, exercise, individual attention and good grooming are some of my main priorities. I spend long hours socializing each and every Kiwi-Gato kitten. I have my cats screened for PKD, FIP, FIV, and FeLV and only breed genetically healthy cats. Having taken advanced University classes in genetics has indeed helped me immensely in the understanding of genetics in cats. I take great care in running a very clean, disease free cattery and will guarantee this for 6 months after the sale of my kittens. When I place kittens my aim is to place them in loving and caring homes.

Due to my location I have travelled great distances to attend shows. I show in TICA as well as CFA. Showing of my BEST is my pride and joy.

Kittens available a few times a year. Show quality and pets. I will export.
